Covid 19 New Protocol and Procedures for Seeking Serenity Holistic Therapies
The following information is the reopening plan for Seeking Serenity, to ensure it is a safe environment for you to return. I have followed advice from Gov.uk, NHBFand the NHS in order to produce a risk assessment that ensures I will be able to open safely and for you to feel confident and safe when returning to Seeking Serenity.

I have completed the necessary training to be Covid safe.

Clients will be required to complete a client disclosure 48 hours prior to your treatment, this will be sent electronically with consent required and sent back to myself prior to your treatment.

I will need your contact details for the Track and Trace system, this will be under the GDPR regulations.

If you or a member of your household have any symptoms of coronavirus, please cancel your appointment and we will reschedule.

I will be wearing PPE; you will be required to wear a face mask. Please provide your own.

Clients who attend for their appointments will have a no contact temperature check, if your temperature is high unfortunately you will not be able to enter and we will reschedule your appointment.

You will need to use hand sanitizer on arrival and after your treatment.

I will limit the number of clients per day to allow time for deep cleaning between clients. Cleaning and my personal hygiene/hand washing will be maintained to a high standard.

Please do not arrive early for your appointment. Also please arrive alone, unfortunately no one will be allowed to wait in the waiting area.

Unfortunately for the time being toilet facilities will be out of use.

Specific treatments are not permitted due to the length of time the treatment takes, please message or call for more information

All soft furnishings will be removed from the waiting area and treatment room

Please bring minimal coats/bags and use the coat hanger provided to hang all clothes

Water will be provided in disposable cups.

Where possible please pay by card, if you are paying with cash please have the correct change
