 Cancellation Policy

This information is to ensure that all new and existing clients are clear on the cancellation policy at Seeking Serenity Holistic Therapies.

* A £10 non-
refundable deposit will be required when booking a new appointment. 

* 48 hours notice is requested if you are cancelling your appointment. If this notice is given, your £10 deposit will be transferred to a new date and time. 

* If you fail to give notice within 48 hours; you will be asked to send a payment of 50% of your t
reatment price minus deposit paid. Failure to do so will result in the loss of making any future bookings with Seeking Serenity.

I hope you can appreciate Seeking Serenity is a small business and last minute cancellations have an impact financially, planned timing and availability as well as the opportunity for other clients to have appointments.

Wednesday & Thursdays: 9.30-6.30

Friday: 9.30-4

Saturday: 9.30-5
